LOYSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA
Violet Binger, age 83 of Loysville, was called home on Thursday afternoon, June 14, 2018 with her family by her side at the UPMC Pinnacle West Shore Hospital.
Born February 22, 1935 in Spring Glen, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Ray Carlos and Hannah Catherine (Mace) Wagner.
She attended Blain High School.
She was a member of the Zion United Church of Christ where she was a member of the Women’s Fellowship.
On May 30, 1952 in the Zion United Church of Christ , Blain PA. she married her devoted husband Kermit B. Binger.
She was a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters Sheila Shinskie and her husband John of Shermans Dale, PA; Gina Jablonski and her husband David of Mechanicsburg,PA; three sons Adlai Binger and partner Craig Lorah of Adamstown, PA; George Binger and his wife Christine and Randy Binger and his wife Tanya all of Shermans Dale, PA; four Granddaughters Brooke Haas (Dustin Haas) ; Angie Nelson( Luke Nelson); Kayla Stambaugh( Hunter Stambaugh); Kathy Nauss (Andy Nauss); two grandsons Joseph Jablonski (Katie Jablonski) and 1st Lt. Mitch Binger (Nicolle Binger); three great grandchildren Gus Nelson, Piper and Reese Stambaugh. Violet is preceded in death by one brother Wayne Wagner.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 11 A.M. in the Zion United Church of Christ, 24 W. Main Street, Blain, PA 17006 with Rev. Mike Boehm officiating. Fellowship to follow. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Zion United Church Of Christ.
