Ronny Eshelman

CARLISLE, PENNSYLVANIA

Ronny Lee Eshelman, age 77, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at his home.  Born November 27, 1940 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Paul L. and Della B. (Robinson) Eshelman.  He was a graduate of Camp Hill High School and later was employed as a truck driver for PPL until his retirement.  He was a member of Shiremanstown United Methodist Church. 

Ronny was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Patsy Smith Eshelman.  He is survived by his two sons:  Todd Eshelman and his wife Tena of Elliottsburg, Brian L. Eshelman of Camp Hill and five grandchildren:  Griffin, Jacob, Katie, Jack and Erin.

Ronny was an avid car enthusiast who spent his earlier years involved in drag racing his 1955 Chevy Nomad.   He shared his love of antique and classic cars with his family.   He enjoyed spending many of his weekends at car shows with his son and grandsons and with many car club friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held privately by the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to any animal rescue organization.
