Robert Bupp

Robert Scott (Buppy) Bupp, 45, of Shermans Dale, PA passed away Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. 

Robert was born in Carlisle, PA on August 14, 1972, He was the son of Bonnie (Weibley), and Ezra Bupp, of Elliottsburg.

He was the husband of Shayne Lee (Tressler) Bupp whom he married on June 27, 1997 in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. 

He attended Landisburg Church of God, Landisburg, PA. He was an Eagle Scout and he was a  Union representative for the bakers confectionary union.

Bobby was an avid go-Kart racer where he met a multitude of racing companions that became family. He was a mentor to many young racers.

He was a graduate of West Perry High School  and Cumberland Perry  Vo-Tech class of 1990.

He donated his time to raise money to help families in need  through Race for a Cause and Help For Hope.

He was the owner of Bupp Signs, which he started when he was 16 in 1988.  He also worked for Hershey Entertainment Resorts, for 18 years he worked in the sign department. 

Robert is survived by two sons Kayden G. Bupp, of Shermans Dale, PA; Gaven M. Bupp, of Shermans Dale, PA; A sister Terri  Croak the wife of Jason, of Elliottsburg, PA.
 He's also survived by 1 nephew and 4 nieces and 2 great nieces and many close friends.  He is preceded in death by brother Daniel "Danny" Bupp.

A Celebration of Life Service  will be held  on April 7,2018 at 10:00 AM at “The Dream at Top Notch” 2420 Cold Storage Road, New Bloomfield, PA 17068.  Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers,  A Bobby Bupp memorial  fund has been set up  at  Pennian Bank  for his two sons Kayden and Gaven.
