Lawrence Richard Cauffman, age 90 of Blain died on December 10, 2018 at the UPMC West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg, PA.
Born June 23, 1928 in Millerstown, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late Wilbur and Mable (Brookhart) Cauffman.
Lawrence was a farmer for many years on his family farm. He was also a member of the Blain Lions Club and the Blain Fire Company and Ambulance Company.
He was the husband of the late Vera Mae (Wilt) Cauffman.
He is survived by a daughter, JoAnn Bair and her husband Ken of Landisburg; two sons Brian and Dennis Cauffman of Blain; a sister Lorretta Breon of Colonial Park; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in addition to his wife by two brothers Robert Cauffman and Gene Cauffman and a sister Mary Gothel.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 11AM. at the Three Springs Church of the Brethren Church, Blain, PA. Rev. John Kipp officiating. Interment will be private.
