WAYNESBORO, PENNSYLVANIA
John T. Pepper, Sr., age 86, of Waynesboro died on November 14, 2018 at the Martinsburg Veterans Center, Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Born December 19, 1931 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, he was the son of the late Lewis and Irene Pepper.
He graduated high school from Brooklyn Tech.
John served in the US Army in the 25th Infantry division. during the Korean Conflict and was called up after he was discharged to service a second tour of duty with the US. Army.
He worked in construction doing carpentry work for 30 years for P.E.P Servicer until his retirement.
He was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Waynesboro Fish and Game Club.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Louise (Paul) Pepper of Waynesboro; two sons John T. Pepper Jr. and his wife Arlene of Hanover, PA and Michael E. Pepper and his wife Amy of Severn, Maryland; and three grandchildren Daniel, Molly, Rylee and Sophee.
A memorial service will be held at a later time.
