Derek Lawson-Tyler Shultz

Derek Lawson-Tyler Shultz , 27, of Waynesboro was called home on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Chambersburg Hospital. 

Born on January 27, 1991 in Waynesboro, PA he was the Son of Pamela Bonner, her significant other Robert Bortzfield and Sterling Shultz.

Derek was a graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School. Class of 2009.

Derek worked at Truck Mounts as a Diesel Mechanic in Greencastle, PA.

He will be remembered as an incredible person with a beautiful soul. He always knew how to make you laugh and put a smile on your face. He was always willing to help anyone that needed it. He was a very hard worker. Derek loved spending time with his children and his family. He enjoyed watching sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers, hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle.

In addition to his parents he will be forever missed by his 3 children, Jayda, Carter, and Landry; His Fiancée Danielle Baylor of Waynesboro; His Dog Hank; 4 Siblings, Brittany Carson, Chelsea Shultz and significant other John Michaud, Hayley Shultz and significant other Cody Creager, and Julianna Shultz, all of Waynesboro; 4 nieces; 2 nephews; Maternal Grandmother Candace J Bonner; Paternal Grandmother Shirley Chambers; and a number of Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

He is preceded in death by two Grandfathers, Lawson Bonner and Ronald Chambers.

The Family will receive Friends on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the Lochstampfor Funeral Home Inc. on 48 South Church Street Waynesboro, PA 17268.  Funeral Services will be private to the family and held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Internment to follow at Parklawns Memorial Gardens and Mausoleums.

The family has requested that donations be made to his children in lieu of flowers.
