David “Tid” Lee Robinson, age 65 of 44 Meadowview Drive, New Bloomfield, died on Friday, September 28, 2018 at his home with his family by his side.

Born August 3, 1953 in Harrisburg he was the son of Althea Elsasser Robinson and the late Paul V. Robinson.

He was the husband of Sharon J. (Mohler) Robinson.

He was employed at Nestle Purina Pet Care as a forklift operator in Mechanicsburg. He also was employed at Quaker Oats Company in Shiremanstown.

He was a member of the Hilltop Christian Church in Newport.

In addition to his mother and wife he is survived by a daughter Randi L. Robinson of Clarion, daughter in law Chasity G. Robinson of Loysville, PA brothers Rick Robinson and his wife Carol, of Landisburg, Brad Robinson and his wife Brenda of Mt. Holly Springs, PA; Matthew Robinson of Loysville; brother in law Tony Newcomer of Newville, two nephews Chris Bupp of Loysville and Eric Bupp of Georgia, 6 grandchildren April Robinson and Tori Lightner and her husband Austin of Loysville, Marissa Varner and her husband Dave, Tyler McCreary and his wife Tori and George McCreary and his wife Desirea all of Clarion and 8 great grandchildren Madison McClellan, Natalie McClellan, Emily McClellan all of Loysville; Hunter Varner, Peyton McCreary, Zander McCreary, Alice McCreary and Athena McCreary all of Clarion , uncle and aunt Michael and Shirley Hoover of McAlisterville and Dave and Fay Messimer of Millerstown. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by a son Eric Robinson and sister Carol Robinson Newcomer and grandson Nicholas Robinson.

The family will be sharing a meal at the church at 5 PM followed by the memorial service will be held on Wednesday October 3, 2018 at 6 PM at the Hilltop Christian Church, 921 Hillcrest Drive, Newport, PA 17074. Pastor Rick Arthur Officiating. Interment will be private.
