Bonnie Goodling

LANDISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA

Bonnie Blue (Rheam) Goodling, age 76 of Landisburg died on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at her home with her loving family by her side.

Born December 8, 1941 in Harrisburg she was the daughter of the late Roy “Bill” M. and Gladys (Lightner) Rheam.

She was a graduate of Green Park Union School.

Bonnie was the beloved wife of the late Donald R. Goodling who died February 22, 2012.

All her life she was a loving wife and devoted mother and grandmother.

Bonnie was a member of the Landisburg Church of God.

She loved her cats and to collect and attend American Native Indian events and items.  Enjoyed going to the movies with her friends and was a strong supporter in attending all her sons sporting events.

She is survived by her five sons Jeff A. Goodling and his wife Linda of Carlisle; Todd M. Goodling and his wife Kristine of Landisburg; Phil E. Goodling and his companion Christina Clark of Landisburg; Matthew S. Goodling and his wife Angela of Sherman’s Dale; Corry D. Goodling and his wife Crissy of Landisburg and a brother Dennis L. Rheam of Loysville, 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by a son Scott M. Goodling and a brother Howard W. Rheam.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the Landisburg Church of God, 301 E Water St, Landisburg, PA followed by a funeral service with Rev. Trevor Lightner officiating.  Interment in Landisburg Community Cemetery, Landisburg.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be made to SPCA Perry -Juniata County Animal Rescue 507 Sugar Run Road, Millerstown,PA, 17062.
