Arthur E. Crull

LANDISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA

Arthur E. “Sporty aka Gun Smoke” Crull, age 84 of Landisburg died on December 31, 2018 at his home.

Born August 21, 1934 in Landisburg he was the son of the late Malcolm Mack and Ethel (Rowe) Crull.

He was the husband of the late Martha (Kretzing) who he married in 1955.

He was retired as a foreman from the Carlisle Tire and Rubber in Carlisle with over 37 years of service.

Arthur was a member of the New Life Assembly of God Church and was a 1954 graduate of Landisburg High School.  He was a life member of the NRA and North American Hunting Club.  He loved hunting with a passion and also enjoyed fishing. 

He is survived by his children Arthur E. Crull II and his wife Janell of Landisburg; Randal E. Crull and wife Darcy of Landisburg; daughter Lori Blumenschein and her husband Donald of New Bloomfield, Timothy M. Crull of Landisburg;  and Brian Crull and wife Tina of Newville; sister Darlene Luckenbaugh of Shermansdale; brother Lewis C. Crull of Loysville and 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 7, 2018 from 6 to 8 P.M. in the Nickel-Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home, Inc., 3626 Sherman’s Valley Road, Loysville, PA.  Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2018 at 11 A.M. in the New Life Assembly of God Church, 397 Bridgeport Rd, Landisburg, PA 17040 with the Rev Larry Bidwell officiating.  Interment will follow in the Landisburg Community Cemetery.  Condolence may be made at www.nickelfuneralhomeloysville.com
