Annabelle E. Dupert, age 86, of Elliottsburg died on Saturday evening, September 1, 2018 at her home.
Born July 17, 1932 in Loysville she was the daughter of the late Dewey M. and Della M. (Kope) Hench.
She was a high school graduate.
She had been employed for over 32 years prior to her retirement at the Department of Transportation in Harrisburg.
She loved meeting people and loved to crochet dishcloths, doilies, and blankets. Annabelle loved to spend time with her family enjoying visits from her sister in law Gladys Dupert. She was the life of the party when the family got together for holidays.
She is survived by her children Alice Beasom (stepdaughter); sons Terry Dupert, Sr. of New Bloomfield; Charles Dupert of Pittsburgh; Wesley Dupert with who she stayed with in Elliottsburg; David Dupert of Maryland and daughter Teresa Mitten of Shermans Dale; four brothers Clarence (Larry) Hench of New Bloomfield, Lenus Keith Hench of Loysville; and Carl and David (Lee) Hench of Carlisle, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband and lifetime campanion William Dupert and grandson Terry Dupert.
Services will be private
The family has requested memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
